Simulated trading. All ONYX accounts are simulated. Every evaluation and funded account operates in a simulated environment using virtual funds. No real capital is at risk, no orders are routed to any exchange, and no live market execution takes place. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument in live markets.
Risk disclosure. Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. In live markets you could lose some, all, or more than your initial deposit. Only genuine risk capital, money you can afford to lose without affecting your financial security or lifestyle, should ever be used for trading, and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider it. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
CFTC Rule 4.41, hypothetical and simulated performance. Simulated and hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. Because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under or over compensated for the impact of factors such as lack of liquidity. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown or discussed. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not necessarily indicative of future results.

ONYX is not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, exchange, bank, investment adviser, or financial advisor, and it does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Our content, courses, and tools are learning aids only and are not to be used to trade real money. Participation in an ONYX program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship of any kind.
Payouts and eligibility. Reward payouts are discretionary and are subject to eligibility, full rule compliance, identity verification, our published payout rules, and applicable tax laws.
